These are... I've read about these before.
They're called "Rainbow Candy". They were made by some famous candymaker. He wanted to make a candy that's really different. Each piece has their own effect. Some may shrink you down to children, another would cause you to have short-term memory loss, some gives you power vocal range, and much more.
You must've eaten the one that shrinks you. Then...
