Luckily, the injury isn't too severe.
This is what you need to do:
[goes into lengthy explanation about applying ice, drinking plenty of water and doing normal routine.]

This is an ointment that, fortunately, doesn't stink. I want you to use this twice a day--especially before going to sleep.
