Remember, Fonons make up everything--including humans. All humans have an innate Fonon that is more powerful than the others, and generally use that one the most. Only the Seventh Fonon doesn't appear in everyone--only a select few.

Right now, we're not going to worry about which elemental Fonon is right for you.

Instead, we're going to try to "hear the fonons" and cast a spell that uses all elements, but is listed as a non-elemental spell.

I want all of you to lie on the ground, facing away from the building, with some distance between each of you.

Now, I want you to close your eyes and relax--and try not to go to sleep--and focus just on yourself and the world around you--listening.

The key is to relax.

Now, when you feel your body is vibrating with sound, I want you to sit up with an arm outstretched in front of you, and using your arm as a guide for the power, say:

"O mighty explosion... Energy Blast!"
